Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, lifting your chest. Exhale slowly, releasing your shoulders down and softening your face. Relax your jaw and tongue.
2️⃣ Recall a moment of joy—a happy memory or the smile of someone you love. Let this warmth fill your mind.
3️⃣ Allow your smile to bloom. Gently lift the corners of your mouth and feel the smile expand through your entire face. Let it radiate beneath your eyelids, filling your head with warmth.
4️⃣ Breathe in deeply and as you exhale, guide your smile down through your body—into your heart, your diaphragm, and into your internal organs.
5️⃣ Let your breath flow naturally. Each inhale lifts your spine, each exhale moves your smile through your body—into your belly, your kidneys, your liver, and finally through your legs and into your toes.
6️⃣ Complete the practice by circling the smiling energy in your stomach. For men: spiral clockwise first, then counterclockwise. For women: spiral counterclockwise first, then clockwise.
7️⃣ Gently release the posture, stretch out your legs, and give thanks for your Inner Smile practice.
